Develop your child's listening, speaking and communication skills through simple activities both indoors and outside.
Gain ideas to help support your child as they get ready to start their adventures at nursery or school.
Share experiences and ideas with your tutor and others in the group while the children are taken care of by Family Learning's experienced childcare team, then try things out as a group before taking activities home.

On your Family Learning course you will be developing transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, creativity, resilience and critical thinking.
The skills, experience and knowledge you acquire on this course could lead to jobs or apprenticeships in areas such as childcare, teaching assistant or working in schools, retail and customer service as well as self-employment. And further learning such as maths, English, access courses, digital skills, nursing and midwifery and further education.

Please note that Adult Education funding is for individuals who are over the age of 19 on the 31st of August prior to the start date of their course.
