This course is for those who have completed ‘Guitar 2’ or have at least 2 years' playing experience.

The course is taking a new direction this year. It is in two parts: The first 30 minutes are preparation for the second 90 minutes, which are with the Guitar 4 group.
The two groups always work together in the summer term and this is a continuation of that.

This is a hybrid course. This means you have a choice in how you participate.
You don’t have to decide now, in fact you can decide on a week by week basis depending on your personal circumstances, e.g. weather, transport. You can either join the class in person at Huntington School or from anywhere you like online via Zoom!

Please note that if you are attending in person please come to the community learning reception in the purple block and you will be shown where to go.

Zoom login details will be sent to all learners in an email 24 hours before the course is due to start. (Please note, if you enrol less than 24 hours before a course starts, you will receive your
zoom code as soon as you enrol.)
Please keep your Zoom code safe as you will need the same code if you decide to join the class online. You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”.
Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin. If you require help to download or use Zoom, please email ictskills@york.gov.uk at least a week before your course starts and we will endeavour to provide assistance.

Please note the Class on the 2nd October is online only as the school is closed and there is no class during half term on 30th October 2024.
