From Drawing to Painting, from Sketchbook to Sustained Pieces
This course will be an opportunity to explore an experimental approach to developing artworks, from drawings to more sustained outcomes including either paintings, mixed media pieces or further drawings, exploring the use of composition, tone, form and colour in your work.

We will use a range of different drawing and painting media to produce some exciting work using still life and landscape as a starting point.

The course will help you to build your confidence in decision-making as an artist as you learn to find your own artistic voice. Full support will be given through structured sessions, demonstrations, resources and one-to-one discussions, as well as opportunities for the group to share how things are going alongside plenty of time to make art!

If you would like refreshments, there is a lovely café on site that serves tea, coffee and cakes etc.
